FANHERO PRIVACY POLICY
The FanHero website is currently located on fanhero.com, and the subdomains, as well as our databases, our social media channels, and all mobile applications created with FanHero technology and/or maintained by FanHero in which this Privacy Policy is published (collectively, the "FanHero Network") are made available by FanHero, LLC ("FanHero") on behalf of you and each of its customers (collectively, "we" or "us" or "our").
This Privacy Policy was prepared in compliance with the provisions of the applicable data privacy regulations where the data subjects are located and explain our privacy practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data collected through the use of the FanHero Network and through the various online services and applications provided by FanHero through the FanHero Network (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how your personal data is collected and used on the FanHero Network so that you have the power to make your own decisions about the data you share on the FanHero Network.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices and procedures described in this Privacy Policy and Fanhero's Terms and Conditions.

• The FanHero Network is available to the public globally and includes features
that allow you to post comments or other personal information about you. Therefore,
any post you make will be available to other FanHero Network users. You should always
consider the ramifications generated by any publication of yours on the FanHero Network
before publishing. We provide limited ability to delete information posted by you.
• When you use the FanHero Network, even if you are only consuming content posted by us
or another user, we receive personal information from you, such as the type of device you
are using and your IP address. You can choose to share additional personal data with us,
such as your email address, phone number, and name, that are used to create your profile.
We use this data to help keep your account secure and improve your experience, such as
showing more relevant content, exposing you to other customers, and showing ads.

COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

name, and expiration date). From time to time, we may request and you may provide
information about your preferences so that we can personalize your experience. You may
refuse to provide some of this information, but as a result, you may not be able to
register with the FanHero Network, fill out a user profile, have full access to the Services,
or participate in other actions through the FanHero Network.
We may receive and store personal data about you from our referral affiliates, business
partners and other third parties related to your interaction with the FanHero Network and
add it to your profile. We may also acquire and store data about anyone else with whom you have a
link through the FanHero Network.
We also collect any data about how you access the FanHero Network, such as your IP address, your
browser details and any website you can "click" to access the FanHero Network.
Location data
We receive data about your current registration and location, which we receive from signals such as your IP address, device settings and GPS information in some cases. We use general geographic information, such as the city in which you are located, to improve and personalize the Services. We use your contact details, such as your email address or phone number, to establish your account, authenticate and keep your account secure – and the Services – secure and help prevent fraud and abuse. Posting made by you

We may also use your personal data for the purposes of complying with fanhero's legal and regulatory obligations.
INFORMATION SHARING

Personal data may be considered as an asset of the Company in the event of a sale, merger or bankruptcy. If any of
these events occur, we may not be able to control the use of your personal data and the surviving company or entity
may post a different policy. This Privacy Policy is an expression of our commitment to you to maintain and use your
data in the forms and purposes contained herein. We will not and cannot offer this privacy policy as a binding contract
between you and us over the use of your personal data.
EDITING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You can edit your data on your profile page. You can close your account by contacting us at the email address listed in our contact information or by using the deletion feature available to you through the FanHero Network. After deleting your account, we'll delete your data from the FanHero Network. A closed account cannot be reopened, but you can open a new account at any time, as long as it complies with our Terms and Conditions. Deleting your account does not mean that we do not retain any of your data on our systems or backups.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
